Deluxe 70 Minute Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. EarthBorn Essentials Basic Swedish Massage also includes 2 additional services, such as chakra balance, use of hot stones, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, abdominal massage and deep tissue. If you would like a full hot stone massage with that includes facial and toe stones it will use both of your additional services. The use of hot stones as a single service includes spinal layout, posterior leg, and neck pillow.

Therapeutic 90 Minute Swedish Massage

Facials

The lovely Mini Facial (15 Minutes) includes: face, head and neck massage.

The Standard 30 Minute Facial includes: face, head and neck massage, as well as the use of the Jade Roller and warm towels. 

The Full Facial (60 Minutes) includes: face, head, neck and foot massage, as well as the use of warm towels, jade rolling, and facial cupping. 

All Facials are done using natural products. Facials done by therapists Amanda and Shia all include the use of DoTerra Skin Care products.

Energy Alignment

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

Pre-Natal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. 

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for \"massage\", and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care. According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, therefore, I focus on not only relaxing your body through gentle touch, but also reviving your spirit and filling your body with the energy of love.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy can be used to treat musculoskeletal or related neurological problems including acute sports injuries and chronic or organic conditions.

Chair Massage Party

Chair massage is a great way to increase productivity in an office setting. Chair massage is also a great way to have a massage in your own home because there isn’t a lot of space required to set up and the need for privacy is limited because you stay fully clothed, it really is the perfect way to relax in your own home or at the office.

Benefits for chair massage include:
